Dimisign undertook the study and renovation of a tourist residence in the center of Athens, with the aim of creating a modern and attractive hospitality space. The project was designed with short-term rental requirements in mind, emphasizing both functionality and aesthetics that stand out on platforms like Airbnb.

From the initial stages of the study, an analytical 3D visualization of the space was carried out, allowing the owner to gain a complete picture of the final configuration before the commencement of work. Through the realistic drawings, the furniture layout, color combinations, and materials were precisely determined, ensuring a perfect and balanced result. The use of 3D visualization significantly contributed to avoiding errors and optimizing the design.

The final configuration of the residence was based on a modern, minimalist aesthetic with clean lines and bright hues. Painting was carried out with the aim of refreshing the space and enhancing its brightness, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests. At the same time, particular attention was paid to the proper organization of individual areas to ensure comfort and practicality during the stay.

The result is a fully renovated tourist residence in the center of Athens, which combines functionality, aesthetics, and a high level of comfort. A space designed to offer a unique hospitality experience and stand out in the short-term rental market, enhancing the property's commercial value.
